More About Me

Bonnie is a certified (PHR and SHRM-CP) People Operations professional with over 15 years of experience and leadership with a diverse portfolio of organizations – this includes: businesses in the various stages of the business life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions; multiple industries of various types, including education, transportation, construction and manufacturing, retail and warehousing, virtual sales, healthcare, financial services, and non-profit organizations; and employee populations of 10-250,000 employees across all 50 states. She is a proud 2008 Magna Cum Laude and honors college graduate of Arizona State University, with a B.S. in Justice Studies and minor in Women’s Studies. She also spent 6 months living in Sydney, Australia and attended Macquarie University in 2007, completing her honors thesis project as well as studying International Law and Women’s Studies. Bonnie is a resident of West Phoenix, and in her spare time enjoys puppy play dates with her dogs, arts & crafts, physical fitness, and Sun Devil football!
